The Chasing Everly Collection is a curated selection of whimsical clothing and accessories, designed to infuse the magic of holidays and childhood imagination into your wardrobe. We've handpicked our favorite products and styles just for you.

2. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your favorite items, and add them to your cart. Then, proceed to checkout, and follow the simple steps to complete your purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is here to help. 

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards and online payment platforms. During the checkout process, you can select your preferred payment option.

4. Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping to a wide range of locations. During the checkout process, you can specify your shipping address. 

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery time for your order may vary depending on the product:

  1. Ready-to-ship items: within 1-2 business days.
  2. Made-to-order items: Processed in 3-5 business days, plus shipping time.
  3. Preorder pieces (labeled 'PREORDER' in the product name): Estimated processing time of 15-30 business days (Monday-Friday) before shipping.

*Due to the demand for some pre-order pieces, processing times will vary. 

6. Can I track my order?

Once processed, all orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with  shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. Each shipment will be given a unique tracking number, and you will be notified via our automated tracking system.

7. Where do our products ship from?

Please be aware that within this collection, certain products will be shipped directly from our printing company, while others will be shipped directly from our location. Regardless of the origin, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience and the highest quality products. Depending on your order, you may receive multiple packages and/or tracking information.

*Made-to-order items will be sent directly to you from our printing company, whereas ready-to-ship and pre-order pieces will be dispatched directly from our headquarters in Ipswich, Massachusetts.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: This is the time it takes to prepare your order, verify it, and ensure that everything is in perfect condition before it's shipped. The processing time may vary depending on the specific product and its availability.

Shipping Time

  • Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, please allow an additional 10-14 days for shipping. This includes the time it takes for the package to reach your location.

Please keep in mind that these timeframes are general estimates and may vary depending on the product, your location, and other factors. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, while ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.
