2. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your favorite items, and add them to your cart. Then, proceed to checkout, and follow the simple steps to complete your purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is here to help. 

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards and online payment platforms. During the checkout process, you can select your preferred payment option.

4. Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping to a wide range of locations. During the checkout process, you can specify your shipping address. 

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

The time it takes to receive your order may vary based on the product and its availability. For made-to-order items, please allow 3 to 5 business plus shipping time. For preorder pieces, (labeled  "PREORDER" as part of their product name), there is an estimated processing time of 15-30 business days (Monday - Friday) before shipping. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the demand for some pre-order pieces, processing times will vary. 



6. Can I track my order?

Once processed, all orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with  shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. Each shipment will be given a unique tracking number, and you will be notified via our automated tracking system.

7. Where do our products ship from?

It's important to note that within this collection, some products will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, while others will be shipped directly from us. Regardless of where your product ships from, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and the highest quality products.

Note: Made-to-order items will be sent directly to you from our printing company, while pre-order pieces will be shipped directly from us in Ipswich, Massachusetts.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: This is the time it takes to prepare your order, verify it, and ensure that everything is in perfect condition before it's shipped. The processing time may vary depending on the specific product and its availability.

Shipping Time

  • Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, please allow an additional 10-14 days for shipping. This includes the time it takes for the package to reach your location.

Please keep in mind that these timeframes are general estimates and may vary depending on the product, your location, and other factors. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, while ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a convenient flat rate shipping fee of $10 for your orders. This ensures that your shipping costs remain affordable and consistent, no matter the size of your purchase.
