- Made-to-order items: Processed in 3-5 business days, plus shipping time.
- Preorder pieces (labeled 'PREORDER' in the product name): Estimated processing time of 15-30 business days (Monday-Friday) before shipping.
*Due to the demand for some pre-order pieces, processing times will vary.
6. Can I track my order?
Once processed, all orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. Each shipment will be given a unique tracking number, and you will be notified via our automated tracking system.
7. Where do our products ship from?
Please be aware that within this collection, certain products will be shipped directly from our printing company, while others will be shipped directly from our location. Regardless of the origin, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience and the highest quality products. Depending on your order, you may receive multiple packages and/or tracking information.
*Made-to-order items will be sent directly to you from our printing company, whereas ready-to-ship and pre-order pieces will be dispatched directly from our headquarters in Ipswich, Massachusetts.

Shipping Time
- Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, please allow an additional 10-14 days for shipping. This includes the time it takes for the package to reach your location.
