  1. Ready-to-ship items: We usually process orders within 1-3 business days after payment is received, with occasional exceptions during peak periods or for personalized items.

  2. Made-to-order items: These items are crafted specifically for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, in addition to the standard shipping time.

  3. Preorder: For items labeled as "PREORDER" in their product name, there is an estimated processing time of 15-30 business days (Monday-Friday) before shipping. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your order.

    2. Shipping Options:

    • You can choose from various shipping methods during checkout, including standard and expedited options.

    3. Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Delivery times depend on your location, chosen shipping method, and product availability. Some items may ship separately due to our network of suppliers.

    5. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are based on your chosen method, destination, and item weight and size. You can calculate shipping costs during checkout.

    6. Tracking Information:

    • Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number for real-time updates.

    7. Multiple Shipments:

    • Orders with items from different suppliers may be shipped separately. You'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

    Store Credit Policy:

    1. Store Credit:

    • We offer store credit for eligible returns, not refunds. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and store credit allows you to choose something else you love.

    2. Return Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for store credit, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

    3. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our customer support team ( within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We'll provide instructions on returning your item.

      5. Non-Returnable Items:

      • All holiday/seasonal/personalized/customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged and/or defective.

      6. Damaged or Defective Items:

      • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit, including return shipping if applicable.

      7. Return Shipping:

      • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
